This year, the resort is introducing a new format for its annual celebration, offering two distinct experiences: a high-energy, indoor celebration with Guetta in the resort’s Sparkle Theatre and an elevated family-friendly celebration at the Coastal Convention Center. Taking over the Sparkle Theatre, David Guetta will bring his signature sound and electrifying stage presence to one of Miami’s most anticipated nights of the year. The 21-and-over adults-only celebration will run from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m., with Guetta leading the crowd in a live countdown to midnight. General admission tickets start at $200 for a limited early bird offer and include a premium open bar throughout the evening. For guests looking to elevate their experience, reserved tables will offer dedicated seating, bottle service, along with a selection of small bites and beverages.

For those celebrating with the entire family, Fontainebleau is introducing a new family-friendly New Year’s Eve experience at the Coastal Convention Center, bringing together festive dining, music and entertainment in a setting designed for guests of all ages. The evening begins with a celebratory buffet dinner, with two seating options: 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. As the festivities continue, guests can head to a rooftop silent disco from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., complete with seating and cocktails for adults, while younger guests can take part in activities in a dedicated children’s space. At midnight, guests can watch a livestream of Guetta’s countdown from Sparkle Theatre, connecting both celebrations for the arrival of 2027. Family Experience tickets start at $375 for guests ages 11 and older, and $200 for children ages 5 to10, while children ages 4 and under receive complimentary admission. Tickets include the buffet dinner and access to the evening’s entertainment and activities.

The celebrations extend beyond the dance floor, with Fontainebleau’s signature restaurants offering special New Year’s Eve menus for guests looking to begin the evening with an exceptional dining experience. At Prime 54, specially curated menus will showcase dishes including Prime Beef Tartare, Bay Scallop with Black Truffle, Wagyu Châteaubriand and Salmon Wellington, followed by a Midnight Mocha dessert. At Hakkasan, guests can indulge in a Michelin recognized selection of Cantonese specialties, including Pipa Duck, Grilled Chilean Sea Bass with Black Truffle Sauce, Wok-Fried Wagyu Beef and traditional Peking Duck with Caviar. The restaurants will offer menus priced at $220 and $320 per person, with vegetarian options available. For a more casual celebration, Vida will feature a festive buffet-style dining experience, with no reservations required.

The evening continues Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s longstanding tradition of bringing internationally acclaimed performers to its stages through BleauLive, the resort’s signature entertainment series.
