Denham Property and Injury Law Firm is proud to announce that Attorney Chad Robinson has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Robinson is widely respected for his results in personal injury, property claims, and insurance disputes, bringing extensive national experience and a strong commitment to client advocacy.

Robinson is a 2008 cum laude graduate of Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, where he served as Sources Editor for the Nova Law Review and was a teaching assistant for Criminal Law and Constitutional Law. He co-founded the first-ever law school radio station, which remains on air today. In 2005, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication from the University of Florida, where he made the Dean’s List and was a Bright Futures Scholar.

He is an AV Preeminent Rated Lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell and a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2016–2017). Robinson is admitted to practice law in Florida, Texas, Colorado, Washington, New York, and multiple federal courts, including the Eleventh Circuit.

Robinson’s practice includes representing policyholders with wrongfully denied claims, individuals injured by negligence, and victims of predatory telemarketing under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. He has also represented insurance companies in complex claims and litigation, covering areas such as fire, mold, theft, construction defects, and business disputes.

Fluent in Spanish and Hebrew, Robinson also serves as the public address announcer for the University of Miami Hurricanes and frequently judges mock trial competitions.
